Overconfiguration of inverters. Due to the annual attenuation of component power, dust obstruction, and aging of power lines in photovoltaic power generation systems, as well as the different sunshine conditions in different regions, in order to obtain the best benefits, in practical operation, the total power of photovoltaic modules is allocated to be higher than the total power of inverters, which is called overmatching. Appropriate over allocation can reduce the initial investment of power plants and improve comprehensive income. It is precisely because of this that super matching is widely used. In typical power plant design, the average annual full power generation hours of the power plant are around 1500h, and the optimal design ratio for photovoltaic modules and inverters is generally 1.1-1.2:1.
